This was an impressive financing that managed to combine both commercial and export credit agency financing to create a surprisingly flexible but effective transaction.
In total the deal required six separate financings, and used a combination of Italian export credit agency (ECA) Sace and French ECA Coface to mitigate the risk on the loan and help secure the necessary funds....
